Shipping Policy

How we prepare, ship and deliver wholesale orders worldwide.

Last Updated: July 1, 2026

1 Overview and Regions Served

Mirten Group LLC arranges worldwide delivery of wholesale orders. We ship to North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and other regions — availability for a specific destination is confirmed in your quotation. All logistics arrangements are agreed in writing before the order is processed.

2 Processing Time

Order processing begins once payment (or the agreed deposit) is confirmed. Typical processing takes 2–7 business days depending on product availability. For custom or made-to-order goods, production time is confirmed in your quotation before the order is placed.

3 Shipping Methods and Timeframes

We arrange shipping based on the size, weight and urgency of your order:

  • Express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS): 5–10 business days — samples and small orders
  • Air freight: 7–15 business days
  • Sea freight: 25–45 business days — large volume orders
  • Rail / road freight: 15–30 business days, depending on route

Exact timeframes are confirmed in your commercial offer. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.

4 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated individually for each order and are always confirmed in writing before the order is processed. There are no hidden fees — your quotation itemizes all agreed logistics charges in USD.

5 Delivery Terms (Incoterms)

Each order specifies the applicable Incoterms, which define who is responsible for each stage of delivery:

  • EXW (Ex Works): Buyer arranges pickup from the supplier's facility
  • FOB (Free on Board): We deliver goods to the port of departure; buyer covers onward freight
  • CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight): We cover freight and insurance to the destination port
  • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): We handle the entire journey including import duties — door-to-door

If you are unsure which terms fit your business, our team will recommend the best option.

6 Customs, Duties and Taxes

Unless DDP terms are agreed, import duties, taxes and customs fees in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility. We provide all necessary export documentation — commercial invoices, packing lists and certificates where applicable — and can assist with customs clearance.

7 Tracking and Updates

Once your order ships, we send you the tracking number and carrier details by email. Your account manager provides status updates at every key stage — dispatch, transit, customs and delivery.

8 Insurance

All shipments can be insured on request; insurance is included by default under CIF and DDP terms. We recommend insurance for high-value orders. The insurance cost is itemized in your quotation.

9 Damaged, Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your goods arrive damaged or a shipment is lost in transit, notify us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier and insurer to resolve the issue with a replacement, credit or refund in line with our Refund & Return Policy. For delays beyond the estimated timeframe, contact your account manager for an updated ETA.

10 Order Changes After Dispatch and Contact

Delivery address changes after dispatch are possible for courier shipments (carrier fees may apply) and limited for freight shipments. Contact us as early as possible if anything needs to change.
